6) Requisition to create possible laws to generate “the Sinner’s law of moral Justice”.

7) Requisition for “a Right to Live with freedom” and “The Right to Die” with real definitions of “Freedom and Death”.

9) Requisition to amend The Indian Penal Code(IPC) and Criminal Procedure Code(CrPC) based onthe medicinal methodologies

Concept :-

When I studied the entire life of myself and the situations came into my environment and its effects, through comparing the nature of the remedies; and the experiments I did with the medicines, there remains questions only, with reference to the existing laws and its implementations.

They are.

1) When the human perception is common at various levels based on the degree of behavior of mind;

the human needs and relations are common;

the sentiment of God is common when compare with the religion as an instrument of humanity; And man is the temple of God.

And the fear of God will make the man perfect out of the brutality of the earthy desires,

Then why was the civil and family laws based on the various religions of man made.

2) When the crime has no limitation of Social Status, Religion, Caste, race, Sex and age; the origin of crime starts from womb through blood; And the degree of crime based on the degree of perversion of mind; why was the criminal and family laws not concentrating on the behavior of specific Gene with respect of humanity, and the criminal as diseased.

3) When every human problems links with the nature of mind and every false nature can be cure or readjust through medication or remedies; why the law making body and judiciary system not adopted and neglected the methodologies?

4) Why the Governing bodies of various fields are not co-operating each other in search of righteousness?

5) Why the people do not understand the problem at its root level? Why the people are in darkness?

The each and every social problem

With all the reference mentioned and as a child and a man I T.S. JAYAKER a post graduate in social work, Andhra University campus, Andhra Pradesh, India lived and worked on human problems in my life. I always tried to work on the problems of others by the knowledge I gained through my problems. In this practice I found my way of laws and works. In every work I was blessed to succeed; and in every enimity though I forgave my enemy the god never left my enemy without punishment.

As a child I saw my friends deceased; neighbours as prostitutes a lustful lovers lead to fornication, a sufferer of harassment woman as mother, an unfaithful beloved husband and father, a needy with all environmental problems as brother, Jealousy kinships, mistrusted relations, misguided tutors, and workers with various weaknesses.

I always used to study the suffering of my environment people with the comparison of the holy Bible and learned positive thinking and a positive study by taking example of models and their action in life at my level of knowledge.

As it was committed;

Therefore no thought, saying what shall we eat? Or, what shall we drink? Or wherewithal shall we beclothend?

(For after all these things do the Gentiles seek) For your heavenly Father knoweth that ye have need of all these things.

But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.

Take therefore no thought for the marrow : for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself; sufficient unto the day is the evil there of

(Mathew6:31-34)

With the above reference I started living and work for the development of myself and others. I tried every way of settlement once. I tried with dedication and workmanship but every trial I made, Failed, so I started study on every failure and made corrections of my weakness. But the iniquities of my elder generations caused disturbances in psychological and physical positions.

Though my father hided me from the entire society, not to influence by it; which resulted me a failure candidate in society. So I started learning to study the society by quit from home and depart all my gifts abilities, by getting a punishment with blames and guilties upon myself for a period of “7” years.

In this period I started to study the technical methods with my past time experiences. Through this I came to an understanding that when the iniquities of elder generations causing disturbances in path and turning the mind towards lustful desires and causing sins or sufferings and pains as results.

At this time I saw the people to whom I was beloved in past became hatred, to whom I helped became mistrusted and hide their faces.

And I experienced that the society is based on the theory of need and opportunities; by keeping a model in mind and getting an experience of moral and Generating maladjusted genes as their coming generation.

But as follower of Christ who sacrifice his life on the sins of others; I tried to live. In this regard. I started quitting all the earthy desires and was sacrificing every gifts for others. I made different experiments to lead a life with ever ending happiness and find the solutions for every man made problems. In this regard, to study I came down to the levels at where the real problems were happening, and became a problem in my environment as it happens. So the society thought me as a waster, imbecile and fool, and every experiment as a failure, and disturbed my experimental work for their selfish desires.

But it was said that a moral man live long? As they influenced me to quit from my work, my desire towards work got stronger. Like wise it developed a war like Senario.

In my war I was one man alone but not alone in strength as my god besided me where the opponents are the immoral actions of my generation people. Which were passively reflects fight against prostitution, poverty, family problems (disputes harassments, suicide, homicide, killing, betrayed love) mistrustfulness, revengeful ness and bounded labour.

At such a time of my, war, where I was blind in my trust as moral did a work based on my elders moral norms or hereditarily actions which is against the commandment and acts of God which is an iniquity of my generation and in result lost soul, including every gifted energy (where no tutor tough me this law of prostitution).

As a result I lost my God who is telling that go and wash your hands and come, where your hands are full of blood, then and only I listen your word. And the actions treated as the actions of prostitution. And as result of prostitution where the misused abilities had removed. Like wise I lost my abilities and gifted energies I am getting the every punishment that are mentioned in the holy Bible.

But there was a commitment.

If thy shall confess their iniquity of thy fathers with their trespass when they trespassed against me, and that also they have walked contrary unto them.

And that I also have walked contrary unto them and have brought them into the land of their enemies; it then their uncircumcised hearts be humbled, and they then accept of the punishment of their iniquity;

Then will I remember my covenant with Jacob, and also my covenant with Issac, and also my covenant with Abraham, will I remember and will remember the land.”

With respect of the above mentioned reference I am keeping my self guilty and confessing my inequities for the survival of the coming generation people.

So as respected elders of the nations; you people; I request you to tell me how to wash the sin. Out of my hands? and how to get back the dieing soul and the Gifted energies and abilities.

If there is no way to wash; it is better to die rather than living with dead soul, without joy, happiness, and peace at mind. As I am living dead, I want to get back my life; else a death of this Physical body with dieing soul.

As there are so many ways to get death by thy self it is ultimate sin which cannot be correct or forgive for ever. So I want to request the people of the Governing body as the servants of god, to provide me a right to death as a constitutional right and death as a request when there is no further way; to save my own people from getting the punishment of God who are liable for my sin.
